How to Make Easy Akki Roti
- Combine all the ingredients together to make soft dough.
- Take a small lump of the dough place it on a sheet of plastic paper or a piece of banana leaf.
- Flatten it with moist hand to a disc of about 3 mm thick.
- Carefully transfer the roti to your palm and invert it on a hot tava.
- Add about 2 tsps of butter.
- When the underside is cooked, invert the roti and cook the other side, using more butter.
- Serve hot with chutney or any of the curries.
